Bereits das zweite Mal reise ich in das Hotel Balatura nach Kroatien im Kleinen Dorf Tribalj in der N\u00e4he von Rijeka. Ich bin voller Vorfreude, denn ich habe den Aufenthalt im Vorjahr noch in sehr guter Erinnerung. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Ich starte mit dem Flieger nach Rijeka und bin dann schon ganz nah an meinem Ziel. Mit dem Auto geht es dann weiter in Richtung Tribalj. Ich genie\u00dfe die W\u00e4rme mit offenem Fenster und den Duft vom Meer, das sich in nicht weiter Ferne erahnen l\u00e4sst. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Schlie\u00dflich angekommen empf\u00e4ngt mich das Hotel mit malerischer Kulisse vor strahlend blauem Himmel. Ich beziehe mein Zimmer und dann geht\u2019s auch schon bald zum Abendessen. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Hier sind schon alle versammelt, und wir sitzen an einer langen Tafel im Garten zwischen duftendem Rosmarin und \u00fcppigen B\u00e4umen. Ein buntes Kennenlernen und freudiges Wiedersehn, erste Gespr\u00e4che, Austausch, ganz in Vorfreude auf die kommende Woche mit viel Yoga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am n\u00e4chsten Morgen starten wir in die Yogawoche im wunderbaren, hellen und gro\u00dfen Yogaraum des Hotels. Wir besch\u00e4ftigen uns mit Spiraldynamik\u00ae im Iyengar\u00ae-Yoga. Eine Reise durch den K\u00f6rper beginnt. F\u00fcr jeden eine individuelle Erfahrung in der Auseinandersetzung mit dem eigenen K\u00f6rper. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Spiraldynamik ist ein Bewegungskonzept, dass sich mit gesunder und effizienter, Bewegung besch\u00e4ftigt, angelehnt an unseren anatomischen K\u00f6rperbau, der von innen nach au\u00dfen in Spiralz\u00fcgen angeordnet ist. \u00dcbertragen lassen sich diese Prinzipien auf jegliche Art von Bewegung, so auch auf alle Yogahaltungen, wie Standhaltungen, Sitzhaltungen, Drehungen, Balancehaltungen, R\u00fcckw\u00e4rtsbeugen, Vorw\u00e4rtsbeugen und Umkehrstellungen. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Dar\u00fcberhinaus gibt es einen kleinen Exkurs zum Thema nat\u00fcrliches Gehen. Wie gehe ich eigentlich richtig bzw. ges\u00fcnder? Wie bewegt das Becken so, dass meine H\u00fcftgelenke zentriert bleiben und es eine gute Kraft\u00fcbertragung nach oben gibt? Dabei kann schon mal ein Knoten im Gehirn entstehen beim Ausprobieren von neuer, ungewohnter Bewegung. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Am Nachmittag tauchen wir ganz ein in den Atem, in die Stille, in die\u00a0Regenerative Haltungen, Atembeobachtung und Pranayama ein.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zwischen den Yogaeinheiten bleibt Zeit f\u00fcr individuelle Unternehmungen. Dieses Jahr, dank meines Mietwagens und auch dem sonnigen Wetter, erkunde ich ein wenig die verschiedenen Str\u00e4nde. Der Naturstrand in Selce bleibt mein Favorit mit dem sch\u00f6nen Fu\u00dfweg hoch an der K\u00fcste entlang mit dem Duft der Pinien in der Nase. Meine neue Entdeckung ist dar\u00fcber hinaus der Strand in Dramalj, einen Ort weiter in einer malerischen Bucht mit herrlichem Wasser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Es war eine herrliche und sehr bereichernde Woche. Mein Dank geht vor allen an alle meine Teilnehmer*innen. Ihr habt diese Woche so besonders gemacht durch Euer Interesse und Eure Offenheit.
